As I reflect on the experience of creating Drawings for Africa (DFA) #1, by far the most exciting part was having no idea where I was going. I was not a trained artist. I had little drawing experience. I was making it up every step of the way. The experience is one that I encourage others to try. Find what it is that speaks to your heart and let it be the spark that ignites the creative fire within you.
